A writer and a researcher who lives in Helsinki, Finland. Her first novel Scissors (2007) was nominated for the Finlandia Literature Prize. Her second novel Oneiron (2015) was awarded the Finlandia Literature Prize and it was nominated to Runeberg and Nordic Council Literature Prizes among others. Her novel My Friend Natalia (2019) is translated into 12 different languages. An Oulipo-esque murder mystery 101 Ways to Kill Your Husband (2022), written in collaboration with Sinikka Vuola, is her latest literary work. Alongside her fiction, Lindstedt is finishing her doctorate thesis on Natalie Sarraute’s tropisms and the problem of communication.
