She is a literary scholar, journalist and curator of literary events, as well as a Doctor of the Humanities. She studied at the Polish School of Reportage. She is associated with the literary agency Opowieści, where she curates literary events and hosts author meetings, as well as the Universal Reading Foundation (Fundacja Powszechnego Czytania), where she develops reading promotion strategies for local governments as part of the 'Reading Commune' (Gmina Czytająca) group. Her academic work focuses on contemporary Polish literary reportage. She reads non-fiction, prose, poetry and graphic novels. She runs the Halo Książki page. She is an advocate of equality.
