The founder of the 'Opowieści' Literary Agency, where she and her team oversee events for over fifty authors and one improv theatre group. She is also the co-organizer of the following literary festivals: Granatowe Góry, Literacki Świdwin, and We Love Art. Additionally, she serves as the director of the Po Drodze Festival.
