PhD, historian, researcher, museum professional, educator, and project coordinator at the Institute of Public Affairs. His doctoral dissertation examined the Russian colonization of America within cultural memory. He further developed his research on the memory of Russian imperialism and colonialism during a postdoctoral fellowship at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. For many years, he served as a coordinator of international projects at the European Solidarity Centre and was a co-creator of Port of Cultures – a multidimensional cultural institution in Mariupol (suspended since February 24, 2022). He is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship at the University of California, Berkeley (2019/2020), the Landecker Democracy Fellowship (2021/22), and the Museums Lab 2025. He is actively involved in educational, cultural, social, historical, and civic projects, particularly those focused on East-Central Europe. His work has been published in Nowa Europa Wschodnia, New Eastern Europe, Przegląd Bałtycki, Tygodnik Powszechny, and Forum Dialogu.
