He is a commissioning and lead editor who has guided both books nominated for major literary awards and titles that have topped national bestseller lists. He has taught editing and creative writing at university level, along with inclusive and person-centred language. A populariser of knowledge about the Polish language, he has served as a juror for literary competitions and has delivered three TEDx talks. More recently, he has also become a radio presenter and co-host of the television programme Dobry Tytuł.
