She lives on a mountain outside Arvidsjaur with her husband and children. She grew up in Jokkmokk. Her debut Those Who Sow in Snow was named Book of the Year 2023 and the rights have been sold to 20 countries. Her next novel will be published in september 2024 and is a historical novel about motherhood and the forces of nature.
