Screenwriter and short story writer. Winner of the main prize in the 6th International Siegfried Lenz Literary Competition, and laureate of a short story contest organized by Czarne Publishing House, the State Publishing Institute (Państwowy Instytut Wydawniczy), and Dwutygodnik magazine. His debut short story collection, Luneta z rybiej głowy, earned him nominations for the Witold Gombrowicz Literary Prize and the Stanisław Barańczak Scholarship. He comes from the coast and lives in Warsaw. In his free time, he roams around with his dogs, telling them about the books he’s recently read.
