Over the course of 20 years, he has established himself as a versatile writer, known for bestselling fantasy series such as Kłamca and Chłopcy, the horror novel Ciemność płonie, and the noir crime series Grimm City. In recent years, he has also delved into crime fiction, exploring untapped motifs and unconventional paths. This approach led to the creation of the Drelich series – crime fiction built around the conventions of the genre but grounded in fully credible events. For this series, he collaborated with a range of experts, including fight choreographers. He gravitates toward straightforward stories built around strong, distinctive characters, as seen in his neo-Western Święty z Centralnego and the darkly comic novel Sues Dei. He is also fascinated by the world of con artists and deception, a theme he explored in his novel Szwindel.
