Dybczak
Anthropologist, writer and documentary filmmaker. He is the author of the anthropological reportage Las duchów, which received the Ryszard Kapuściński Award, among other distinctions. His previous publications include Gugara, a literary reportage about his time with Evenki reindeer herders which won the Kościelski Award, and Pan wszystkich krów, a short story collection which was nominated for the Nike Literary Award. He received several awards for his work as co-creator of the full-length documentary Gugara, including the Golden Lajkonik at the Kraków Film Festival. In 2025, he was awarded the Marek Nowakowski Prize for lifetime achievement.
