She is part of the team behind the \u2018Education for Culture. Gda\u0144sk\u2019 programme. While studying at the University of Gda\u0144sk, she completed courses in theatre studies, film studies, and cultural studies, in addition to her teacher training. From 2014 to 2025, she led the Gda\u0144sk-based teacher training project Creative Pedagogy. She has organized numerous workshops and conferences. She develops educational materials and coordinates the Creative Book Club. She is also a careers counsellor and critical thinking trainer who is fascinated by positive psychology and visual thinking.
