A graduate of the Polish\u2013French Programme at SGH\/Sciences Po, she is also a psychogerontologist, author, and journalist. She previously worked at the City Culture Institute in Gda\u0144sk, the Hospice Foundation, the Sukces Pisany Szmink\u0105 Foundation, and the Sopot Library, where she organised and conducted numerous author meetings. She is the founder of the \u2018Czytam w wannie\u2019 project and the <em>Tymczasem<\/em> podcast. At the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), she teaches classes on communication, the legal aspects of caring for sick relatives, and communication in bereavement. She also provides training in intergenerational team building, diversity, and inclusion. Her work has appeared in <em>Tw\u00f3j Styl<\/em>, <em>Przekr\u00f3j<\/em>, <em>Onet<\/em>, <em>Pismo<\/em>, and <em>Vogue<\/em>. She is the author of the book <em>Uwa\u017cna, czu\u0142a i odwa\u017cna: jak piel\u0119gnowa\u0107 w sobie dobro<\/em> (Rebis, 2022).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">pic.
